Für die dritte Ausgabe wollten wir von euch wissen: Wie ist das eigentlich mit den Dingen, die wir für uns behalten? Claire Webster als Clairikine hat uns nicht nur in die Interpretation dieser Frage eingeweiht, sondern stellt auch sich und ihre kreative Arbeit vor.
Clairikine (aka Claire Webster) was born in France to American parents who now work in Sweden. She writes and draws comics in Berlin, Germany, using experiences that are often highly personal. Her current projects are Master of Survival, a trilingual autobio comic about moving to Berlin, and
Noémie, aller-retour/Noémie, hin und zurück, a Franco-German story about a teenage girl told through comics by Clairikine and through music by songwriter Sarah Ehrenholz.
“Both” illustrates how she perceives her own femininity, which contains two aspects in particular that seem to coexist instead of canceling each other out.
